Elizabeth was born in Oklahoma and grew up in Arizona. She previously attended Oklahoma State University for two years studying animal science and transferred to Arizona State University to complete her first Bachelor's degree in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior. She spent more than three years working as an ophthalmic veterinary technician. During her time at the eye clinic, she worked at an all-feline rescue caring for all ages of cats. More recently, she is pursuing a second Bachelor's degree in pre-veterinary sciences and a certificate in veterinary assisting. She has aspirations to attend veterinary school.
Aside from her education, she spends most of her time with her husband, Rolando and two children: Feliks, who's almost seven years old, and Salem, who was a new addition in June of 2022. She has one dog, a Cocker Spaniel named Jack. She has a love for anything Studio Ghibli and enjoys traveling with her family. Her special interests include ophthalmology, neurology, and cats.
